The cut is hidden in a natural fold or done at the base of the eyelashes and is practically invisible. If there is no excess skin to remove then an incision is unnecessary; in that case the fat pockets will be removed internally. This procedure is generally done for men and women around the age of forty. Ophthalmic examsare done if deemed necessary.
